In the evenings our kitchen is full of bustle – the bistro menu varies according to season and on the menu we have included lots of versatile culinary experiences that you can enjoy during lunch or dinner. You can even spend the whole evening savoring our lovely flavors in the middle of the rustic red-brick walls. We also offer quick snacks if you are in a hurry. Naturally you can just stop by to say hello to your friends. We are ready to serve you at any time.
We want to invest in a wide selection of nutritious vegetables. Our menu naturally varies by season and our goal is to always have a delicious option on the menu for vegans.
We prefer local and Finnish fish. Therefore our fish is always fresh. Our fish servings vary according to the products available and to the imagination of our kitchen staff.
LOCALLY PRODUCED MEAT
We aim to use locally produced Finnish meat, for example we buy our reindeer meat from the small enterprise Kairan Porotuote Ky. The owners are the summer cottage neighbors of our Vanai entrepreneurs and their business is located in the village of Sonka, in Rovaniemi (Lapland).
